Produced by William Orbit, '13' is Blur's sixth album. Damon Albarn describes it as "the sound of a band becoming completely free, becoming artistically liberated." The album contains the singles, 'Tender', which reached number one, and the latest release, 'Coffee And TV', featuring lyrics from Graham Coxon. Blur's album 'Parklife' was shortlisted for the 1994 Mercury Music Prize.
